Care in Training CIC is a not-for-profit education provider dedicated to making nutrition and health education accessible, affordable, and culturally relevant. We offer accredited qualifications and practical learning pathways for individuals looking to upskill, retrain, or build careers in health, nutrition, and wellbeing.

Founded by Elaine Burston, an experienced health educator and medical anthropologist, Care in Training was born from a deep commitment to reducing health inequalities and breaking down barriers to education. Our courses are evidence-based, RSPH-accredited, and designed to empower learners with the knowledge and confidence to improve their own health—and the health of others.
